3. Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultations. This brief call gives you space to ask questions and get a feel for my counseling approach before scheduling your first session. To schedule a free consultation, fill out the contact form below or call my office directly.

4. How can I book an appointment?

After you free 15 minute phone consultation, we will schedule your first appointment. Appointments can be made via phone call, text, or email. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a secure SimplePractice link to complete all intake forms and consents electronically before your first session.

5. What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and identify your goals for counseling. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, discuss what approaches may fit your needs, and begin building a collaborative plan for your growth and well-being.

6. Do you accept insurance or offer reduced rates?

I am not in network with insurance providers. However, I proudly participate in the Open Path Collective, which offers reduced-rate sessions for individuals and families who qualify. This allows quality counseling to remain accessible and affordable.
